Omnipage 17 of Nuance need for scanning the Twain driver. I'm using Kyocera FS-1118MFP. Windows7 installs the WIA driver. I've downloaded the Twain driver but I'm unable to install. So I'm not able to scan in Omnipage 17. The helpdesk of Nuance could not give me the right answer.
Is there anybody who knows how to solve this problem?

That printer is compatible with Windows 7 according to Microsoft - http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/windows-7/en-us/Details.aspx?type=Hardware&p=Kyocera%20Mita%20FS-1118MFP%20All-in-One%20Printer&v=Kyocera%20Mita&uid=&l=en-US&pf=0&pi=0&s=Kyocera%20FS-1118MFP&os=64-bit

If you haven't yet tried running the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter, I suggest doing that - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Open-the-Hardware-and-Devices-troubleshooter

If that doesn't work, try running it in an earlier version of Windows by right-clicking the icon of the program, clicking on properties, then the compatibility tab. Under compatibility, check “Run this program in compatibility mode for:” In the drop down box, select Windows Vista. Under the privilege level check mark "Run this program as an administrator". Click on “Apply” and “OK”.

For more info on running stuff in earlier Windows versions (In Windows 7) -

If this doesn't work at first, retry by running the program in an even older version of Windows (XP) when you get to the “Run this program in compatibility mode for:” step again.
