    Konica 1015 F36 Code

    Hello,

We had a problem with this copier. It was making really bad copies and getting jammed all the time. We have a maintenance contract with our local copier company they are about 60 miles away. To make a long story short, it was worse after they left including an F36 code. They basically told us that they couldn't order the parts and that we would be better off just getting a new copier. I am not a copier tech but I was one previous to this job so my company wanted me to take a crack at it. I replaced the Heater Lamp since their was a crack in it. I replaced many other things, it was a mess. I am still showing the F36 code and forgot how to get in the maintenance mode and clear the the error codes. I appreciate any help I can get.

    Thanks,

    Curtis

Thanks for your reply. I figured out how to get into 25 mode by pressing 2 and 5 while powering up. What do I do from that point to reset.

    Thanks,

    Curtis

    25 mode, then press P, 4, 7, P, 0, Start/Copy. Switch on and off.
The force will be with you always.
